FARRIERS
Hereford Make CIC has supported a number of people preparing to become farriers by providing extra forge time to improved skills, create a forge board and practice for the forge exam.
We can help hopeful farrier apprentices build their confidence, work to a fixed time scale and feel less stressed adding to your well-being. Our in house IT facilities can help you reach out to potential placements and our photography studio is always available to help you to create the images that will best show off your work.
Forge and Studio Monthly Access Offer
Our most popular plan is now available to buy as a monthly package and includes full access to all the centres facilities and 'most' if not all the consumables you will need, with access to equipment 7 days-a week.
Forge & Studio
Giving you access to the forge and studio with priority times between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday but you are also very welcome to use the centre in the evenings and at weekends. You will also be given your own studio space and storage area.
Consumables
Includes the cost of items used on site such as grinding discs, welding electrodes, plasma cutting contact tips, rivets, split rings, abrasive belts, etc.
Gases
Covering the cost of one gas cylinder each month for welding, the gas furnace and oxy-acetylene. Should need more than one cylinder a month, an additional charge would apply.

Evening Access Package
Full evening access to the forge and the studio with priority times from Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm. There is an additional charge for consumables and gases that you use.
1/2 Day Access Package
Our 1/2 day package includes access to the forge and the studio with priority times from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1 pm or 2pm to 6pm plus Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm. There is an additional charge for consumables and gases that you use.
Full Day Access Package
Our daily package you'll have full access to the forge an d the studio with priority times from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm plus Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. There is an additional charge for consumables and gases that you use.
